1. Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated by 8:30 AM on the day of departure, and keys must be returned. Deviations from these times can be arranged in advance.
Please leave the rooms tidy upon departure, as you found them.
2. Damage Inspection on Arrival and Departure
Before moving into the room and upon departure, a room inspection will be conducted with a staff member of the conference center to identify any potential damage. Guests are liable for self-inflicted damages according to statutory regulations, including legal guardians and organizers.
3. Safety
Please keep room and floor doors closed at all times. Unlocked doors increase the risk of theft

After 10:00 PM, the group leader must ensure that all exterior doors are closed and cannot be opened from the outside without a key.
4. Supervision
Supervision of children and adolescents remains the full responsibility of the accompanying supervisors throughout the entire stay.
5. Quiet hours
From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please respect quiet hours and be considerate of other guests. This also applies to the courtyard.
6. Use of Furniture and Beds
Moving furniture or transporting it outdoors is prohibited. Mattresses must not be removed from beds.
Please do not take wool blankets from the rooms into the outdoor areas.
7. Alcohol, Drugs, and Smoking
The consumption of alcoholic beverages is subject to the provisions of the “Youth Protection in Public Spaces Act.”
The consumption of drugs, especially cannabis, is strictly prohibited throughout the building and within sight of the facility (see §5 CanG).
Smoking and the use of open flames are not allowed anywhere in the building. This also applies to vaporizers, e-cigarettes, and hookahs.
8. Damage, Dirt, and Lost Keys
Damage to or dirtiness of rooms, furniture, or inventory must be compensated by the person responsible.The loss of a room key will be charged at € 50.00.
9. Electrical Appliances
The use of personal electrical appliances is not permitted, except for hairdryers and electric shavers. This especially applies to kettles, immersion heaters, hotplates, and irons.
10. Escape Routes and Emergency Exits
Please follow the escape route signs and use the designated exits.
Fire doors must not be blocked or propped open.
In the event of a fire or fire alarm, the youth academy must be evacuated immediately. Follow the marked escape routes directly to the designated assembly points. To ensure everyone is accounted for, please stay together as a group.

12. Rules for Bringing Pets to the Youth Academy Walberberg
Bringing pets into the youth academy is generally not allowed. Exceptions can only be made with prior approval. Guests who wish to bring a pet must indicate this at the time of booking and obtain approval from the administration.
Without this approval, bringing pets is prohibited.
